Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Julie moved to Gales Ferry, Connecticut in January 1991.
She has been involved in the insurance industry since 1985. A background in accounting has been a great asset in dealing with a multitude of client situations. A desire to educate others to enable them to make informed decisions is well received by her clients at Hourglass Insurance Services, while she continues to further her own education to provide better service.

When she's not in the office, Donna spends her time quilting, fishing, and shopping. She also loves to spend time with her family.
Jenah Smith
Web Designer and "IT Girl"
Jenah is the resident tech-savvy computer expert at Hourglass. She designed the company websites, various publications for the company, and takes care of many of the computer related tasks at Hourglass.
Outside of work, Jenah is also a student at New England Institute of Technology. In her spare time, she loves to take photographs and spend time with her friends and family.
